Job summary

Arby's is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our Minnetonka restaurant on a day-to-day basis. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring every shift runs smoothly, and support local store marketing to help hit sales and profit goals while guiding team members through performance and training initiatives.

The role requires at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience and a track record of exceptional customer service. Eligible to work in the U.S. is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant on a day-to-day basis in the General Manager's absence and support shift operations.
• Help ensure shifts run smoothly and meet sales and profit goals.
• Assist with local store marketing and staff training initiatives to develop performance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members to improve performance and service quality.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
