Job summary

Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to help run daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager. You will contribute to smooth shift execution and team guidance, ensuring high service standards.

This role involves assisting with local marketing, achieving sales goals, and coaching staff through performance and training programs. Relevant restaurant or retail experience is required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven track record in customer service.

Responsibilities

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
