Camelot Properties is seeking a dedicated Property Management Leader to oversee daily operations and grow our property management portfolio. You will build strong relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and investors while ensuring high standards across all properties.

Oversee the daily operations of the property management division. Develop and implement strategies to grow the company's property management portfolio. Build and maintain exceptional relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and investors. Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, and quality issues. Ensure properties consistently meet the company's high standards. Coordinate maintenance and repairs while following projects through completion. Handle difficult conversations professionally while maintaining excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and organized. Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Represent the company professionally in court when necessary for eviction and property-related proceedings. Continuously improve systems, efficiency, and team performance. Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, accountability, and a positive attitude.
Compensation: $38,000+ per year. Full-time (40 hours per week). Compensation is designed to reward growth, performance, leadership, and results—not simply time on the job. Previous experience in property management, real estate, operations management, or another leadership position. Experience managing customer relationships. Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance projects. Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. An active Alabama Real Estate License is preferred. If you do not currently hold an Alabama Real Estate License, you must be willing to obtain one within an agreed-upon timeframe as a condition of continued employment.
