Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management, real estate, operations management, or another leadership position.
  • Experience managing customer relationships.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance projects.
  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • An active Alabama Real Estate License is preferred. If you do not currently hold an Alabama Real Estate License, you must be willing to obtain one within an agreed-upon timeframe as a condition of continued employment.

  • Compensation: $38,000+ per year.

Compensation & Growth
