White-House-Black-Marke is seeking a Store Manager for Store 3280-Mayfair Mall-WHBM-Wauwatosa, WI 53226. You will lead a retail team to deliver a memorable customer experience, drive sales goals, and ensure store operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities include hiring and coaching, payroll and scheduling, maintaining brand standards, and leveraging store reporting to improve performance. A strong leadership mindset and hospitality-focused culture are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail management experience required; 2 years in a Store Manager role.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
