Flynn Arby’s in Parker, CO is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team of hospitality professionals. If you are ambitious, proven, and have a passion for delivering flawless customer service, we want to hear from you!

This role partners with the General Manager to run daily operations, train staff, manage inventory, control labor costs, ensure food safety, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, clean restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements.

Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $18 - $20 / hour.
