Flynn Arby’s seeks an Assistant Manager to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold strict food safety and quality standards.

We value leadership, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while driving sales and guest satisfaction. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Assistant Manager Compensation Range: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour; depending on location.
