Job summary

Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Vandalia, IL to work under the General Manager and help run daily restaurant operations. You will train staff, manage inventory, schedule labor, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time on-site position with robust benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements.
