Job summary

Club Car Wash is seeking a full-time, non-exempt Supervisor in Oklahoma City to oversee daily operations and support the General Manager with team development and customer service.

You will train staff, grow membership, and uphold the brand’s values while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and professional appearance in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Desire to grow leadership skills and build teams.
• Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve.
• Ability to enjoy work outside in varying weather conditions.
• Able to stand on feet for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Sense of urgency with a friendly and courteous attitude.
• Mechanical-minded individuals are a plus.
