Job summary

Club Car Wash in Bartlett, TN is hiring to lead a customer service team at our busy car wash location. Base pay is $20.00 per hour with opportunities to earn incentives and grow with a rapidly expanding network.

You will train teammates, deliver consistent service, and ensure a positive experience for every customer. The role requires endurance to work outdoors in varying weather, a strong work ethic, and a courteous, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Strong work ethic and team player mindset.
• Able to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain a friendly and courteous attitude with a sense of urgency.
