Job summary

Club Car Wash is seeking a full-time, non-exempt team leader to oversee daily operations and lead a front-line team. You will train staff, support the General Manager with development and customer service, and work to grow membership while upholding our values.

Maintain a professional appearance, bring a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Commission incentives, benefits, and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• A desire to grow leadership skills and team-building.
• Ability to take initiative, multitask and problem solve.
• Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
