Job summary

HMC Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the team in our Hooters restaurants. You’ll support operations, keep guests happy, and ensure smooth daily performance in a fast-paced environment.

With at least 3 years in casual dining management, you’ll empower staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and uphold high service standards. A energetic, team-first attitude helps you succeed and have fun while delivering memorable guest experiences.
