Job summary

Hooters, Inc. in Humble is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our restaurant. You’ll coach a high-energy team, ensure smooth service, and deliver a fun, guest-focused experience in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

You’ll handle scheduling, payroll basics, inventory, and staff training while promoting the brand and achieving performance goals with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of casual dining management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, training, and all aspects of restaurant management.
• Great communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A team-first mindset and a love for fast-paced environments.
• Must be willing to have fun at work—seriously!
