Job summary

Ksubi is hiring an Assistant Store Manager for its Greene Street flagship in New York City. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, lead from the shop floor and develop a high-performing team, maintaining the elevated customer experience the brand is known for.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and commercial results.
• Drive sales performance and KPI achievement, identifying opportunities to improve store performance.
• Lead from the floor, creating an elevated customer experience and strong connection to the Ksubi brand.
• Coach and develop the team through regular feedback, recognition and clear accountability.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, training and retention of top retail talent.
• Assist with rostering, wage management, productivity and day-to-day store operations.
• Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the Ksubi brand and are consistently maintained.
• Support inventory management, stock accuracy, loss prevention and operational compliance.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required, providing confident leadership and continuity for the team.

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Greene Street flagship in New York. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where our people thrive, our customers connect with the brand, and commercial results follow.

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead from the floor, supporting the Store Manager to drive sales, develop the team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You'll be a hands-on leader who builds strong relationships, holds high standards and helps create a high-performing store environment.

What You'll Do

• Confidence leading, motivating and engaging a retail team.
• A strong track record of contributing to and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience coaching and developing team members to improve performance.
• Strong operational capability across inventory, visual merchandising and day-to-day store operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A hands-on, accountable approach and willingness to lead from the floor.
