Oscar Stone Corp is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to oversee daily operations of our fitness facility. You will support the manager, supervise memberships and staff, and help implement marketing initiatives to grow the club.

A positive, motivating leader with a passion for health and fitness is ideal. The role emphasizes guest service, budget awareness, and building strong vendor relationships to keep the club running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Previous management experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of budgets, profit and loss, and revenue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the club’s operational budget.
