Role Description The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, supporting daily store operations and customer service for specialty finishing tools and equipment. The Assistant Manager helps manage inventory, oversees merchandising, and supports rental and sales processes, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and basic reporting. The position works closely with customers to understand project needs, recommend appropriate tools and supplies, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
