Responsibilities
- Work with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations.
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
- Provide inspirational feedback to motivate the team.
- Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth store operations.
- Handle inventory management, from ordering to stocking.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Manage financial aspects of the store.
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older (varies by state) and have a valid driver's license.
- Access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
- Fluent in English with basic math skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
