The salary range for this position is $41,000 - $49,000 per year with bonus eligibility.

Hello Bistro is now hiring assistant managers! We offer candidates a 12-week in-unit training program. Upon successful completion, our managers are placed where they can reach at least two Hello Bistro locations.

Our management team members work a 40-hour work week, rotating between two shifts: 8am to 4pm or 2pm to 10pm.

We offer one weekend off per month (Saturday and Sunday) plus other weekend days off throughout the month.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; restaurant management preferred
• Ability to perform all essential job duties, including standing/walking for 8-10 hours and lifting/moving up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Effective team management and conflict resolution skills
• Computer skills (MS Office, POS systems, inventory management systems)
