Slim Chickens is hiring an Assistant Manager in Minot, ND to lead daily restaurant operations and coach a team in delivering Southern hospitality and excellent guest experiences.

You will oversee staff training, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance while partnering with leadership to drive profitability and growth for the Minot location.

• Manage Inventory & Finances: Oversee ordering, stock control, and financial reporting to support profitability.
• Maintain Safety & Compliance: Uphold health and safety regulations while fostering a clean and organized workspace.
