Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking an Assistant Manager (Hourly) with a passion for food quality, customer service, and community in Utah. The role emphasizes leadership in scheduling, inventory, and exceptional customer experiences, with opportunities for career growth and a strong PTO program.

Weekend/evening availability is required, and stores are closed on Sundays and major holidays. Candidates should have at least 1 year of fast-paced restaurant/retail leadership and comply with food safety

Qualifications

• 1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
• Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.
