Braum's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced food service environment in POTEAU, OK. You will coach staff, drive sales through exceptional customer service and food quality, and oversee daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales.

Ideal candidates bring retail management experience, a minimum of 2 years in leadership roles, and a commitment to safety, inventory control, and policy adherence. 21+ with a valid driver license preferred.

Assistant Restaurant Manager-Food Service Supervisor-Management

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00

(annually $51,500 - $53,500)

Assistant Manager's role:

Braum's leaders execute the company's brand strategy and promote its vision, mission and values, resulting in a great customer experience and maximized sales. By recognizing the importance of our people, we can strengthen the team's contribution toward unit goals being achieved.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.

Store Manager
