Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee production and daily operations in the absence of the General Manager.
• Record and verify temperature logs and waste tracking.
• Conduct cash handling and banking duties.
• Train new team members and ensure adherence to policies and standards.
• Address guest concerns and resolve escalations.
• Assist with truck orders and deliveries as needed.
• Schedule staff with GM approval and assist with interviews and references.

ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY:Our Assistant Managers lead our teams in the absence of the General Manager. This position builds upon the Shift Managerposition. As such, the Assistant Managers are responsible for fulfilling the same duties as a Shift Manager. In addition, the Assistant Manager may be trained in all management systems and is expected to assist the General Manager as required. The Assistant Manager position is a Full-Time position and requires open availability.
