Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our teams when the General Manager is absent. The role is full-time with open availability and reports to the General Manager. You will oversee production, logs, inventory, scheduling, and training while assisting the GM as needed.

Key qualifications include 18+, QSR assistant/shift experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication. Benefits and competitive pay are offered as part of our benefits package.

• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• Valid state Driver’s License and automobile insurance in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Waste tracking and management; key inventory item counts.
• Sales and cash reconciliation; area banking duties.
• Station training of new team members; escalation handling.
• Interviews and reference checks on qualified applicants.
• Assist the General Manager as required; other duties assigned.

ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY:Our Assistant Managers lead our teams in the absence of the General Manager. This position builds upon the Shift Managerposition. As such, the Assistant Managers are responsible for fulfilling the same duties as a Shift Manager. In addition, the Assistant Manager may be trained in all management systems and is expected to assist the General Manager as required. The Assistant Manager position is a Full-Time position and requires open availability.
