Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time role in a fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant. You will lead the team in the absence of the General Manager and ensure daily operations meet standards.

Responsibilities include production management, inventory counts, cash handling, staff training, guest issue resolution, and coordinating with the General Manager and District Manager. Open availability and reliable leadership are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age and open availability.
• Shift or Assistant management experience in a Quick Service Restaurant.
• Valid state driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Production management and daily operations oversight.
• Complete temperature logs and waste tracking.
• Key inventory item counts and cash reconciliation.
• Train new team members and address guest concerns.
• Banking duties and scheduling with GM approval.

ASSISTANT MANAGER JOB SUMMARY:Our Assistant Managers lead our teams in the absence of the General Manager. This position builds upon the Shift Managerposition. As such, the Assistant Managers are responsible for fulfilling the same duties as a Shift Manager. In addition, the Assistant Manager may be trained in all management systems and is expected to assist the General Manager as required. The Assistant Manager position is a Full-Time position and requires open availability.
