Pizza Hut is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading a team of shift leaders, trainers and crew members. You will drive store culture, coach staff, and ensure smooth daily operations while upholding Pizza Hut brand standards.

You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, forecasting, and inventory, while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Formación

• Must hold ServSafe Certification and lead by example in food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience coaching and developing shift leaders and team members.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and build a bench of key holding managers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for ongoing team development.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RGM with Hiring, Training, Building a bench of key holding managers and team members.
• Own and Promote Positive Restaurant Culture and Employee Experience.
• Maintain Excellent Customer Service Standards and deliver it fast.
• Enforce Pizza Hut Service Principles and brand standards on shifts.
• Assist with inventory oversight, forecasting, and scheduling processes.
• Develop a store team with high customer satisfaction results.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and brand standards.
• Lead with electronic tools (Hutlink, Learning Zone, Pizzapedia) and training materials.
• Communicate company initiatives and manage team performance.
• Maintain professional image and ethical conduct as a Tasty Hut, LLC representative.
