Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
• Assist the General Manager and manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks to the team, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is required, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify as a manager.
• Must be full‑time with open availability.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
