Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Minnesota is looking for an Assistant Service Center Manager to lead a high-performance team and enhance the guest experience. You will supervise hourly staff, train teammates, and assist the SCM with daily operations and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Six months of supervisory experience required, preferably in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of cash handling, facility, and safety control policies and practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic car maintenance services.
• Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operations and oversight.
