Applebee’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run our Lincoln-area restaurants with the same friendly, guest-focused approach that defines our brand.

You’ll support the Restaurant Manager in cost control, customer service, staff development, and daily operations, while driving sales and delivering a welcoming dining experience. This role offers hands-on training, opportunities for advancement, and a team culture built on accountability, respect, and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
