Job summary

Applebee’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in driving profitable operations across the casual dining venue. You will help manage costs, elevate customer service, and lead a team to deliver strong results.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to train and develop staff while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
• A High School Diploma is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
