Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a leader to assist in guiding a store team to deliver a premium store experience. You will support Operations Manager in employee management, stock, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training, with potential to assume additional duties in their absence.

Applicants should be capable of leading a team, managing a fast-paced retail environment, and driving efficiencies across operations. This role requires flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in omni-channel retail
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including problem analysis and financial analysis

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of all requested merchandise to warehouse for RTV and store transfers
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and receiving documents
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink
• Performs tasks to maintain visual merchandising, price adjustments, and compliance for customer experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimalize potential shrink
• Could perform task that execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, company directives, and compliance to include ongoing maintenance that impacts the customer experience
