Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Hayden, Idaho is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily operations, train and mentor team members, and ensure exceptional guest service. You will work closely with the General Manager to manage inventory, food safety, and labor costs while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room.

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage inventory and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.
• Provide leadership and direction to the team to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
