Sizzling Platter LLC in Lehi, UT is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, lead shifts, coach Crew Members and ensure service standards are met.

This non-exempt, hourly role participates in front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, maintains quality and safety, assists with hiring and training, and helps drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, and stock management.

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring consistent execution of company standards. This is a hands-on, hourly, non-exempt role that actively participates in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations while providing leadership and direction to the team.

Compensation

Pay Range: $14 per hour – $16 per hour

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs.

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
