Job summary

Sardi’s in Maryland (Laurel) seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the restaurant, driving profitability, staffing, and service quality. This role requires a hands-on leader who can foster a positive image and a culture of excellence.

Ideal candidates have prior management experience, a passion for great service, and a commitment to team development. You will report to the General Manager and supervise restaurant staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
