Job summary

Triple T Hospitality Group's Tommy's Tavern + Tap in Laurel, Montana, seeks an Assistant Manager to support front-of-house leadership in a fast-paced restaurant. You will help supervise staff, uphold quality and safety standards, and drive guest satisfaction through excellent service.

This role requires 2–5 years of high-volume restaurant management, strong communication, and the ability to coach and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to training programs and company guidelines.
• Complete performance reviews in a timely manner.

• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
