Job summary

Triple T Hospitality in Bridgewater, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead front-of-house operations in a fast-paced Tommy's Tavern + Tap environment.

You will supervise staff, enforce policies, uphold health and safety standards, manage morale, coaching, and payroll oversight while delivering GREAT guest service. The role focuses on maintaining exceptional dining experiences and ensuring service quality and safety across all shifts.
