Baskin-Robbins in Lake City, SC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, hire and supervise a team, and ensure guest satisfaction while managing store performance.

The ideal candidate has fast-food experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills; you will drive sales, uphold health and safety standards, and support corporate policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred but not required.
• Previous fast food/quick service restaurant experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Works well under pressure and is able to multi-task.
• Access to a vehicle and a valid Driver's License required.

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for directing the overall operation of the restaurant, from hiring and overseeing a team of employees that deliver exceptional guest service to managing the financial performance of the store.
