Job summary

Arby’s in Knoxville is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily restaurant operations, support the General Manager, and ensure that every shift operates smoothly while delivering outstanding guest service.

You’ll participate in local store marketing, coach team members through training initiatives, and work toward sales and profit goals. Pay is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, with overtime as required, and the position offers benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Pay

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The base hourly pay range represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
