Job summary

ARB USA ARG Resources LLC in Maple Grove, Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate our restaurants daily and assist the General Manager to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience and a track record of exceptional customer service.

This role offers a competitive pay range of $16.00 - $19.00 per hour along with benefits such as weekly pay bonuses, free meals, and advancement opportunities.

Pay

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour. The base hourly pay range above represents the low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual placement within this range will vary based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, and location. Hourly rates may vary based on state/local minimum wage requirements. Hourly team members will be eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law and Inspire Brands policy.
