BSBC Zaxby's Keystone Heights is hiring Assistant Managers to support opening and ongoing restaurant operations. Starting at $17–$20 per hour plus benefits and a $1,500 sign-on bonus, this role focuses on delivering great guest experiences while maintaining standards.

You will lead shifts, manage staff, control costs, and ensure high-quality service. Ideal candidates are flexible, 18+, able to work 40–45 hours weekly, and willing to complete background checks.

Responsibilities

We are hiring Assistant Managers and want you to join the team! Starting at $17 - $20 per hour based on availability and experience + Great benefits + $1,500 Sign-On Bonus!

As the team at Zaxby’s expands, we are saving a seat for you! Assistant Managers are responsible for ensuring the restaurant delivers great guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. Assistant Managers will manage the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring that the team properly follows all processes, policies, and procedures and make encore experiences for our guests.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 40 to 45 hours per week
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Successful completion of background check

Capabilities Requirement:

• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks.
• Inventory management: the management of food costs.
• Ensure all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks and checklists are completed correctly.
• Hiring and scheduling staff to provide quality guest experience while managing labor expense.
• Ensure that daily cash drawers, safe, and credit cards are balanced.
• Operate the store to meet or exceed budgeted operating goal.
• Ensure that all product quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities and complete all training requirements, including:

• Zaxby’s Front of House Development Plan.
• Hands-on station training.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Maintain awareness of current promotions.
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items.
• Enthusiastically represent the Zaxby’s brand.
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions.
• Enter guest orders accurately into the point-of-sale system.
• Accept payments, operate cash registers, and maintain receipts.
• Handle cash payments, count and verify tills, and record totals appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Clean and maintain guest areas, including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior.
• Maintain equipment and inform upper management of maintenance needs.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serverware, and beverages.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders.
• Create an environment of quality within your store.
• Other work assigned.

Working Conditions:

• Restaurant environment: work with advanced kitchen and front-of-house operational equipment; hazardous conditions.
