Responsibilities:

2. Participate in recruitment and training of staff.
3. Provide motivating feedback to foster a positive work environment.

5. Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
6. Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
7. Handle financial responsibilities to support store success.
8. Act as the Store Manager in their absence to ensure smooth operations.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
