Job summary

Panera Bread in Jacksonville, FL seeks an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, support team development, and uphold Panera's high standards for guests and food quality.

You will coach staff, participate in interviews, and train on food safety while driving a positive, growth-oriented store culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, direct, motivate, coach and develop others.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Background check required for offers.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Clear communication in loud environments; team ambassador of Panera values.

As a Team Manager, you’ll be part of the bakery-cafe’s leadership team, helping to run great shifts, support team development, and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

As a Team Manager at Panera, Your Role Includes:
