Job summary

Foot Locker in Indianapolis is seeking a capable leader to assist in running a premium store experience, including employee management, stock, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training.

In the Operations Manager’s absence you would assume additional duties and help drive efficiency, uphold loss prevention practices, and ensure exceptional customer moments across omni‑channel retail. Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable directing and interacting with employees.
• Resourceful and adaptable to changing omni-channel retail demands.
• Ability to initiate tasks without supervision.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills for problem solving and decisions.
• High ethics, values, integrity and trust.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, store shipment manifests, and all other receiving documents per company policy and nightly operations paperwork
• Follows all loss prevention policies to minimalize potential shrink
• Could perform task that execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, company directives, and compliance to include ongoing maintenance that impacts the customer experience
