Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Montgomery, IL is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure a top-notch customer experience, and support the store team. The role involves opening/closing on days off, supervising staff, and driving performance through service excellence.

You will assist the store manager, train staff, monitor performance, ensure safety, and manage cash and inventory while coordinating with colleagues via Outlook and Teams.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.
