The Press Club Grill is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will support the shop manager and help maintain a high standard of service and store presentation.

You’ll assist in training staff, manage cash and inventory, ensure safety compliance, and drive performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

• Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on shop manager’s days off.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings.
• Assist the shop manager in all aspects of store management.

Assistant Shop Managers are eligible for a monthly commission and bonus program. Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary.

Duties:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to reach, stoop, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Capability to reach overhead and work under vehicles in a semi-enclosed area.
