Headquartered in Houston, TX, Revolution Soccer Complex leverages decades of soccer experience from its leadership team.

An Assistant Manager is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the company’s General Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, sales and marketing of all products and services, providing customer support in escalated situations, and managing the overall workflow of a workplace. While a keen interest in soccer is a must, this is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in growing with the company into new roles as we expand with more complexes over the coming years.

Responsibilities:

• Sales calls and outreach.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings.
• Address employee and customer concerns.
• Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.
• Email and phone correspondence.
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
• Provide direction to staff.
• Monitor spending patterns and budget.
• Fill in for General Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings, and provide accountability.
• Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
• Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.

Requirements:
