The Assistant Store Manager is knowledgeable of all aspects of the store and assumes full responsibility in the absence of the Store Manager. Duties include management functions such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting, personnel work, and supervising store associates. The role is a training position to become a Store Manager.
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, and bending. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Vision, hearing, and touch required. Ability to wear PPE as needed.
