Job summary

Chompie’s Restaurant and Deli, a JRI Hospitality Brand, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead our front-of-house team with exceptional hospitality and operational excellence. We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to lead and inspire our front-of-house team while delivering exceptional hospitality and upholding the highest standards of operational excellence. • Deliver Exceptional Hospitality: Ensure “Every Guest Leaves Happy” by executing OAC, ROR, line checks, temp logs, and offering add‑ons/upgrades to maximize both guest satisfaction and revenue.

• Provide constructive feedback, resolve conflicts, and coach team members to higher performance, recruiting and training new hires alongside your ROP.
