Job summary

Subway Team is seeking an Assistant Manager to focus on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory control, staff scheduling, and safety. You will lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant and support shift operations across day/evening/weekend shifts at various locations.

Responsibilities include supervising 4-12 staff, planning events, coordinating training, and assisting with ordering and inventory while maintaining Subway standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
