Arby’s, Forest Lake, Minnesota, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate the restaurant day to day and assist the General Manager to ensure smooth shifts and operations.

You will support local marketing efforts to hit sales and profit targets while guiding team members through training and performance initiatives. This role welcomes candidates with restaurant or retail management experience and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to run daily restaurant operations and ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Support local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals.
