Job summary

Arby’s in Virginia is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate restaurants on a day‑to‑day basis. You’ll support the General Manager and ensure each shift runs smoothly.

You’ll assist with local store marketing to reach sales and profit goals while mentoring team members through performance and training initiatives.

Qualified applicants will have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience and demonstrate exceptional customer service; US work eligibility required.
