Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Danbury, CT to help operate the restaurant daily. You will support the General Manager and ensure each shift runs smoothly while upholding Arby’s standards.

You will also assist with local store marketing, coach team members through performance and training initiatives, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced customer experience. All backgrounds are welcome here.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
